bazarrwala.com insist all Users and Buyers to understand clearly that it does not provide warranty of any type, in case the product(s) and/or parts that You have purchased is clearly labeled as "No warranty", either by its manufacturer, Seller, Vendor or bazarwalla.com, at the time of purchasing the product(s) and/or part(s) through our Website.

However, except such cases as mentioned above in the first paragraph under he sub-heading “Scope of Warranty”, bazarrwala.com provides warranty on all products and/or parts sold through its Website. The coverage of Warranty can be exercised only in the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect Shipping of products and/or parts from our end, which does not cover wrong choice or wrong shipping address provided by You;
  • When the order that has been delivered to You is not Yours or has any discrepancy that might be related to the quantity, size, color or any other material/specification related issue;
  • When the product(s) is found to be defective or damaged during transit or before going into Your custody;

Points to be kept in mind for availing Warranty

bazarrwala.com is unable to provide Warranty, in addition to the clauses stated above, in the following situations:

  • If You have used the product(s) or have attempted any alteration;
  • If the product(s) and/or its packing box has been damaged physically;
  • In case the original packing, along with all accessories of the product that are part of the package delivered to You, is not returned to us in full;
  • If You have tampered with the seal of branded product(s).

In case You want bazarrwala.com to accept Your request/claim of warranty, please make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product(s) You want to return must be in the same condition as it was during the time of delivery;
  • Your product(s) has not being used, altered or damaged;
  • You have not tampered the seal and packaging of branded product(s);
  • If the product(s) is available on our Website.

Procedure for availing Warranty

If you want your purchase to be covered by the Warranty provided by bazarrwalla.com, kindly follow the procedure as given below:

1. Send bazarrwala.com an email at the following email address: returns@bazarrwala.com. Kindly mention the words "Request for Return" in the subject of your email. Also, take special care in mentioning and/or attaching the following details:

  • Name of Product(s)/Part(s), with other specifications in the label provided by Seller, Vendor or Manufacturer;
  • Order Number;
  • Brief description of the problem you have faced;
  • A picture that clearly shows the STL Stamp;
  • Pictures and videos that points to the issues and/or defects, along with a hyperlink to the page that displays that particular product/part in our Website.

2. Our internal investigation team will inspect all the data provided by You, in order to determine the ingenuity of Your claim/request. In case we come to a conclusion that You are not eligible to get Warranty as per clauses mentioned in this website, we will not process it any further. You will be intimated about our decision by an email from bazarrwala.com. However, in case it becomes apparent that You deserve to be covered under Warranty as per clauses mentioned in our Website, we will promptly let You know about our decision and the steps that you need to take for further processing of Your request. This will happen on a case to case basis, and is not subject to any kind of comparison.

3. I You are being confirmed by bazarrwala.com that Your purchase is covered under Warranty and we accept Your request for return, it is your responsibility to ship us the entire package that has been delivered to You. However, do not forget to give us an email mentioning the Tracking ID and any other details related to the shipment. The cost incurred for shipping us back will have to be borne by You. Upon receiving the package, we will investigate it once more, and this time physically, to process Your request any further. If Your claims are found to be true, then You shall be eligible for replacement of the entire package at the expense of bazarrwala.com. Otherwise, the package will be shipped back to You again.

4. In case You are eligible for replacement and the product(s) and/or part(s) are not available with us, we will arrange for a Refund of the entire amount minus the payment gateway transaction charges that was paid by You at the time of purchase. In such cases, the rate that was prevalent at the time of Your purchase shall apply, irrespective of any subsequent changes in its rate. The currency will be the same as used by You during payment at the time of purchase. The refund may take a few days to get processed by Your bank depending on its working procedure, so please bear with us for that time. When the case gets closed, we will acknowledge the same to You from our end. We will also appreciate Your feedback regarding the experience you gathered dealing with www.bazarrwala.com, which You may communicate to us with an email.


Refund

All clauses and contents mentioned in the Website are applicable during Your Refund, following which, You may get Refund in the situation described below:
